Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional massage therapy services customized to each guest’s needs
- Deliver an outstanding luxury spa experience from start to finish
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to spa standards
- Educate guests on wellness recommendations and home care products
- Uphold all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Current Texas Massage Therapist License
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for wellness and helping guests feel their best
Preferred Experience
- Luxury spa or resort experience
- Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, or specialty massage certifications
- Retail sales experience
